Midwest Design Innovations designs, manufactures, distributes, and sells products, components, replacement parts, and engineered solutions for commercial, industrial, municipal, and consumer applications.
We continually improve our products and reserve the right to modify specifications, materials, dimensions, features, pricing, or availability without prior notice.
Product photographs, illustrations, renderings, specifications, dimensions, capacities, and other technical information are provided for general reference and may not exactly represent the product received.
Customers are responsible for determining that a product is suitable for their intended application before purchase or use.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted.
Prices, promotions, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Although we strive for accuracy, occasional pricing or typographical errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel or modify orders affected by inaccurate pricing or product information. If payment has already been processed, any applicable refund will be issued promptly.
Orders & Payment
Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance by Midwest Design Innovations.

Payments made through our website are securely processed by trusted third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal. Midwest Design Innovations does not store complete payment card information on our servers.
Shipping

Returns & Refunds

OEM, Custom Products & Engineering Services
Custom-engineered products, OEM manufacturing, private-label products, prototypes, engineering services, and contract manufacturing projects are generally governed by separate quotations, contracts, Statements of Work (SOW), or purchase agreements.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Custom products may not be eligible for return.
- Pricing may change if project requirements change.
- Engineering revisions may affect cost or delivery.
- Project timelines are estimates.
- Intellectual property ownership shall be governed by the applicable written agreement.
Where a written agreement conflicts with these Terms & Conditions, the written agreement shall control.
Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product photographs, product descriptions, manuals, engineering documentation, technical drawings, CAD models, software, videos, and other materials, is the property of Midwest Design Innovations or its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
