Midwest Design Innovations is committed to processing orders as quickly and accurately as possible.
Custom-engineered products, OEM manufacturing, private label manufacturing, contract manufacturing, prototypes, and other made-to-order products are manufactured according to the lead times provided in the applicable quotation, purchase agreement, sales contract, or project documentation.
Production schedules for custom projects vary based on engineering requirements, material availability, manufacturing complexity, and current production workload.
Midwest Design Innovations ships using a variety of trusted parcel and freight carriers based on the size, weight, destination, and handling requirements of each order.
Carrier selection is determined by Midwest Design Innovations unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Shipping charges will be identified during checkout, included within your quotation, or listed on your sales order.
Estimated delivery dates are provided for planning purposes only.
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery schedules, Midwest Design Innovations cannot guarantee carrier transit times and is not responsible for delays resulting from:
Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
Before signing for freight shipments, inspect the shipment for any visible damage or shortages whenever possible.
If damage is observed at the time of delivery, note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before accepting the shipment.
If your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify Midwest Design Innovations within three (3) business days of delivery.
Failure to report shipping damage within three (3) business days or failure to provide sufficient photographic documentation may result in denial of the shipping damage claim.
Please retain all original packaging and shipping materials until the claim has been resolved, as the carrier may require inspection.

Midwest Design Innovations is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an item becomes temporarily unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
