What is Midwest Design Innovations (MDI)?

Midwest Design Innovations LLC is an American company that designs, manufactures, and supplies innovative products, replacement parts, and practical solutions that help customers do more. We combine engineering expertise with real-world experience to develop dependable products that deliver lasting value.

What makes MDI different from other companies?

We believe quality, integrity, innovation, and customer service should never be compromised. Every product we develop or choose to offer is carefully evaluated for performance, reliability, and long-term value. We do not sell products we would not use ourselves.

Is Midwest Design Innovations a new company?

The company is new, but the experience behind it is not. Our team brings more than 35 years of combined experience in engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, and product development.

Do you manufacture your own products?

Yes. Many of our products are designed and manufactured by MDI. We also partner with trusted manufacturers whose products meet the same standards we expect from our own.

Why should I trust MDI?

How do I know which product is right for me?

If you’re unsure which product best fits your application, contact us or submit a Request for Quote. We’ll work with you to identify the best solution for your needs.

Can I purchase products directly from MDI?

Yes. Many products are available for direct purchase through our website, while others may also be available through our authorized dealer network.

Do you offer replacement parts?

Yes. We offer replacement parts for many of the products we manufacture and support to help keep your equipment operating reliably.

Are your products tested before being sold?

Yes. Products developed by MDI undergo evaluation and testing before reaching the marketplace. Products sourced from trusted partners are also carefully reviewed before becoming part of our product lineup.

How quickly are orders processed?

Most in-stock orders are processed within one to two business days. Orders received before 2:00 PM Central Time are typically shipped the same business day when inventory is available.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payments through Stripe and PayPal. Additional payment options may be available for approved business customers.

What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

Inspect your shipment immediately and notify us within three business days if you discover damage or shortages. Please retain the original packaging and provide photographs so we can assist with your claim.

What is your return policy?

Most standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in new condition, and approved through our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.

Do your products include a warranty?

Yes. Warranty coverage varies by product. Please review our Warranty Policy or contact us if you have questions about a specific product.

Do you offer custom engineering or manufacturing?

Yes. We evaluate opportunities involving custom engineering, OEM manufacturing, private label manufacturing, and specialized product development. Every project is reviewed individually.

How do I request a quote?

Complete our online Request for Quote form and provide as much information as possible. You may upload drawings, CAD files, specifications, or photos to help us evaluate your project.

Does submitting a quote request guarantee acceptance?

No. A quote request begins a conversation. Every opportunity is evaluated based on engineering requirements, manufacturing capabilities, scheduling, and project scope.

Will my project information remain confidential?

Yes. Information shared for quotations, engineering reviews, or manufacturing discussions is treated confidentially and used only for legitimate business purposes related to your request.

How do I become an MDI Brand Ambassador?

We’re looking for trusted professionals, industry experts, customers, educators, and creators who genuinely believe in our products. If that sounds like you, submit a Brand Ambassador Inquiry and tell us about yourself.

Do I need a large social media following to become a Brand Ambassador?

No. We value authenticity, credibility, and product knowledge far more than follower count. We’d rather work with trusted voices than the largest audiences.
