At Midwest Design Innovations, quality is the foundation of everything we do.
We carefully design, manufacture, and select the products we offer because we believe our customers deserve dependable solutions built to perform. We do not manufacture or offer products that we would not confidently use ourselves, and we believe our customers should never become product testers.
If a product does not perform as intended due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we are committed to working with you to provide a fair and timely resolution.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, standard products purchased directly from Midwest Design Innovations or an authorized dealer are covered by a Limited Warranty for the original purchaser for a period of twelve (12) months, or one (1) year, from the original date of purchase.
This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal use and service during the applicable warranty period.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing by Midwest Design Innovations.
Every custom project is unique.
Custom-engineered products, OEM manufacturing, private label products, contract manufacturing, prototypes, and other made-to-order products are not covered under the standard Midwest Design Innovations Limited Warranty.
Warranty coverage for these products is established during the quotation and contracting process and is documented within the applicable quotation, purchase agreement, sales contract, statement of work, or other executed agreement.
Customers should refer to their project documentation for the warranty terms that apply to their specific product or project.

Every warranty claim is evaluated individually to ensure a fair and appropriate resolution.
This Limited Warranty does not cover failures or damage resulting from:
Failure to follow installation, operation, maintenance, or safety instructions may void warranty coverage.
Midwest Design Innovations partners with industry-leading manufacturers to provide additional products and components.
Products manufactured by third parties are generally covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, when applicable.
Whenever possible, Midwest Design Innovations will assist customers with the warranty process; however, warranty approval remains subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty terms and policies.
If you believe your product qualifies for warranty service, please contact Midwest Design Innovations as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue.
Midwest Design Innovations reserves the right to inspect the product or request additional information before approving any warranty claim.
Products should not be returned without prior authorization.
If a warranty claim is approved, Midwest Design Innovations will determine the most appropriate resolution.
Depending on the nature of the claim, this may include:
Warranty remedies are limited to the original product purchased.
This Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Midwest Design Innovations and supersedes any prior oral or written representations regarding warranty coverage.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Midwest Design Innovations disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Midwest Design Innovations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of production, downtime, lost profits, business interruption, loss of business opportunity, or other economic damages arising from the use of or inability to use any product.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty limitations or exclusions. Where prohibited by law, those limitations shall apply only to the extent permitted.
